JENNIFER WILSON

why you teach?

I teach because I want to share the positive impact yoga can have on one’s life. It can be physical, emotional, spiritual or all of the above. I teach to create a community of people who lead a better life because of their connection to their practice.

My daughter. Her tenacious, loving and curious little spirit inspires me to be my best self and live a life I am proud to reflect onto her.

I come to my mat now to check in with my body and mind. To honour it’s past injuries and move from a place of compassion. To simply feel good.

why you teach?

I teach yoga because I love being around people in a positive, nurturing and kind space. The studio is a home away from home where a student gives themselves permission to be open about their abilities, connect with themselves, be in the present moment, get stronger both physically and mentally and leave feeling great. I consider it an honour to be a part of that.
