Join Gail for a gentle, mindful slow approach to opening the body with softness and ease. Expect doing alot more melting than sweating in this mid-day class. This class will focus on breath, relaxation, strength and stretch. Props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets and yoga balls will be incorporated to meet the needs of all bodies during this hour. Gentle adjustments and the use of essential oils may also be offered. Suitable for all levels.
